Each of the four buildings will feature retail-friendly space on the ground floor, bringing more stores, restaurants and services for people working at the Commons. Upper storeys will be custom-designed to meet the needs of tenants, with the option of leasing entire or partial floors.
North Prairie Developments, along with its business partners SSDG Interiors and Casola Koppe Architects, can provide Office Space Planning services for tenants.
Our landscape plan combines green space and colour, with a mix of trees, plants and grass that set a park-like, welcoming atmosphere for tenants and visitors. And our suburban setting allows for significant parking areas (parking fees are included in the base rent) to accommodate the needs of businesses, their employees and customers.
